The Story line:
The story is breaking all the stereotypes of women in the society. It projects exact answers for the narrow minded , hypocritical society. Its a punch of stories of five independent girls revolving around one dumb man / bachelor Ricky Malhotra , who is full of self pride, a stupid in attitude and a follower of patriarchal ideology.
Now, Ricky Malhotra is looking for a wife through the help of a marriage agency Rishtey Farishtey.
Through out the Series he meets five girls who are independent, far brainy than him and are self dependent. And thus the director very tactfully drives us through the life of this panch powers.
Title, a divorcee who now runs her small shop , and is trying to set her business to a proper stage. Her mother shows her the rishta of Ricky Malhotra as she has given the responsibility of her marriage on her mom after getting cheated from her lover who cheated on her. In the mean time her best friend proposes her for marriage.
Ayesha, a voice-over artist and immensely loved by her family for who for who she is. She leaves her life on her own rules and enjoys having fun. Her sister was newly married and that too a love marriage. She now beautifully spends time with her sister and brother - in - law, who invites her for a pool party but both of them hesitates to take her to the party and when she asks them to speak to her frankly they pointed out the practice of waxing. Which was never her cup of the. Ayesha hated waxing or shaving her body hairs. Although no one has never directly forced her to do so.
Moving on to Aditi, who is “healthy” and dreams of getting married from childhood. She is super excited to meet a proper dulha and get married. Thus, she starts on pre- marital beauty treatments and takes up this challenge of getting skinny. She tries to agree to every statement of Ricky and puts every effort to convince his family. But at the end her mother keeps her back and teaches her to raise voice against unnecessary demands.
Let's have a quick eye on the story of Faiza, who like me wants to be a poet . But her lawyer father wants her to join as a school teacher with Bachelor's Degree or get married to the one he chooses for her. But she some how convinces her father to give her a chance to follow her dreams by singing an agreement, she attends an open-mic , and speaks amazingly and her fans viral the video on internet. When his father gets information about the video he abides her to follow her dreams and join to a school as a teacher, but the ends up messing there too and her father arranges for a meet with Ricky. In the meantime she finds a guy who has similar interest on poetry like her.
Finally comes Anu, who works in a corporate and doesn't cares about the stereotypical society. She only cares about the opinion of her boyfriend. But as she gets bald , he denies to continue the relation. Which gives her a shock. And during all this happenings her parents fixes her meet with Ricky's family. But, in the meantime she discovers a secret lover of her at work.

In my opinion I really loved the series. It breaks through the stereotypical thoughts of the society and put forward the inner voice of every girl. It's a pure humor and provides a great message. You can even recommend this to your elders . This is an amazing piece of self confidence building series. I am fully inspired by the five stories of five completely different girls. I assure you that you are going to invest your time in watching this. And fall in love with each character. I totally love each story but honestly have a soft corner for Faiza , her dauntless attitude, her way of looking at the world, her dedication towards her dream and love of the innocents really drives through my mind and can relate myself with her in some parts.
So happy watching to those who are going to watch it just after reading my blog and those who have already watched can relate to the super craziness I am talking about.
